Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Wilmer, TX seeks a Site Cybersecurity Leader to serve as the trusted authority for information security at the site. You will lead all aspects of cybersecurity to protect operations and ensure the site can make, pack, and ship safely.

You’ll drive the site security action plan, build capabilities, participate in Communities of Practice, and act as the first incident response point of contact while coordinating with governance, risk and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA systems.
• Familiar with the five critical controls per SANS Institute.
• Proven ability to influence others and explain security concepts in business terms.
• Demonstrated quick learning, adaptability to digital ecosystem changes, and delivery track record.
• On-site work capability: Wilmer, TX five days per week.
• Hold or be able to obtain GICSP and CISSP within 3 years.
• Strong understanding and implementation experience with NIST CSF.
• 2+ years hands-on in security controls for ICs/SCADA (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley).
• Prior roles in SOC, security architecture/engineering, forensics, risk, or NOC.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan.
• Build a sustainable cybersecurity culture and awareness at the site.
• Participate in CSL Community of Practices to share best practices.
• Serve as first point of contact for incident response at the site.
• Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance activities; lead MAGICS IT Toolkit execution.
