We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our Indianapolis team and serve as a trusted partner to leaders and team members across our manufacturing operation.
This is a hands-on, highly visible HR role focused on helping leaders build and maintain strong teams, ensuring consistent people practices, and providing day-to-day HR support. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role will be part of a global HR team and will report to a People Team Leader at our Spokane, WA office, while serving as the primary on-site HR partner for our Indianapolis operation.
This position will play a critical role in strengthening our Indianapolis operation by ensuring leaders have the HR partnership, staffing support, and people-management resources they need to succeed.
