Alliance is seeking an entry-level assembler to perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly on production units. Under direct supervision, you will read blueprints, assemble machine sections to spec, and ensure tolerances with fixtures and tools.

High school diploma or equivalent. Military, trade school or community college coursework in mechanical/electrical assembly, repair, and troubleshooting desired.
This position requires a high level of physical flexibility, strength, and stamina, including the ability to: see and assess drawings, photos, and written instructions; audibly hear verbal instructions and mechanical signals (forklifts, cranes, machine alarms, etc.); and speak, read, write, and communicate effectively. To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, an individual must be willing and able to Have full range of body movement: head, neck, shoulders; lift arms overhead; work overhead; reach, lift, push/pull, walk, climb, kneel, bend; good dexterity and range of movement in fingers, hands and wrists Sit for at least three hours Stand on feet for at least three hours Repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds Maintain confidence and balance while working on ladders up to 12 feet tall.
Must be able to provide an assortment of tools in a rollaway toolbox and steel-toed boots.
