Loyal Source is seeking a Site Foreman to lead installation teams on active projects in the Atlanta area, overseeing access control, CCTV, and intrusion security systems. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and cross-team coordination with project management.

The position reports to project leadership, coordinating resources and daily tasks to maintain progress and quality on site in Cartersville, GA. Prior field leadership and security systems experience are required.

Qualifications

Experience as Foreman or site supervisor in construction/field leadership.
Strong background in installation and troubleshooting of security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion).
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

Lead and coordinate daily field operations and workforce activities.
Communicate project priorities, schedules, and site requirements to field personnel.
Monitor job site progress and identify issues that could impact schedules or productivity.
Attend site meetings and provide updates to project leadership.
Coordinate resources, workforce coverage, and daily work assignments.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, site procedures, and client requirements.
Maintain communication between field teams, management, and project stakeholders.
