DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Finance Manager to provide analytical support for all Accounting and Finance activities, including month end close, payroll, receivables, and payables, as well as operational metrics such as warehouse productivity and labor efficiency.

You will interact with General Managers and Supervisors to deliver insights, influence decisions, and drive cost efficiencies while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Travel as needed may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Logistics industry experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced skills in P&L and balance sheet analysis.

Aufgaben

• Provide analytical support for month end close and operations reporting.
• Conduct billing discussions and coordinate with customer on budgets.
• Prepare accruals, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Monitor labor productivity and throughput reporting for sites.
• Collaborate with site leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes as needed.
• Support Kronos setup for accurate hourly activity reporting.
