Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Site Experience Production Coordinator in Las Vegas to coordinate technical, personnel and organizational aspects for events. The role supports Project Managers and the Director of Site Experience and demands occasional travel and evenings/weekends.

The position requires festival production knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or trade school accreditation in related field preferred.
• 2+ years festival and concert tour experience.
• Remain calm and professional in all situations.
• Understand various aspects of festival production.
• Valid U.S. Driver license, U.S. Passport, and hotel incidentals card.
• Proficient with MAC/PC; OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Microsoft Office and Google Docs proficient.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Must lift up to 75 lbs and navigate stairs and long walking.
• Excellent presentation skills and professional image.

Job description

The Site Experience Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the success of event productions by coordinating the technical, personnel and organizational aspects of the Site Experience department while supporting and coordinating with the Project Managers and Director of Site Experience.

• 2+ years festival and concert tour experience
• Proven ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
• Thorough understanding various aspects of festival production
• Valid and current driver license, U.S. Passport, and credit card for hotel incidentals
• Proficient in MAC/PC
• OSHA 10 Certification required
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to make clear and concise decisions; sometimes with limited information
• Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and lifting up to 75lbs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical, non-technical and executive audiences
• Proven ability to project a professional image by working steadily, being a team player and being responsible for personal actions

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to work during evening, weekend hours and travel to work events, as required, to meet deadlines
