Job summary

gpac seeks a full-time Estimator for a heavy civil construction contractor focused on earthwork, utilities, paving, and land development. You will calculate earthwork quantities, model surfaces, and perform takeoffs for paving and underground utilities using GPS grading technology.

Established Heavy Civil/Sitework Contractor specializing in earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and land development is seeking an Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Calculate earthwork quantities and model proposed surfaces
• Perform paving and underground utility takeoffs
• Utilize GPS machine-control grading technology
• Learn estimating software, subcontractor procurement, and client negotiations
