Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an Operator to operate equipment as directed while adhering to Mortenson safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include operating forklift/telehandler and Bobcat/skid-steer, following safety regulations, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining a clean work area. The role requires teamwork, ability to read load charts, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Equipment certifications as required.
• Minimum one year of related experience.
• Valid driver's license with necessary endorsements.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, load charts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/telehandler and Bobcat/skid-steer per project requirements.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area in assigned zone.
• Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, fueling and cleaning.
• Observe equipment to detect malfunctions.
• Follow work plans and pre-task cards.
• Collaborate with diverse teams.
• All other duties as assigned.
