Job summary

XYZ Reality Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer to deliver our core service on construction projects. You will track construction progress against BIM models and perform on-site quality inspections using The Atom AR device, reporting findings through the XYZ platform.

The role requires practical construction experience and the ability to adapt to XYZ Reality’s workflows, with willingness to travel or relocate for major projects across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience working on construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and software platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
• Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Track construction progress against BIM models using The Atom AR device.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ Platform.
• Ensure QA issues are submitted to the client on a daily basis.
• Be responsible for the quality of your work following outlined workflows and standards.
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with other engineers on-site to ensure full project coverage.
• Support the Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.

Role Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for delivering XYZ Reality’s core service on construction projects. This includes tracking construction progress against BIM models, performing quality inspections on-site, and submitting findings to the client through the XYZ platform. This role requires individuals with practical construction experience who can quickly adopt XYZ Reality’s technology and workflows.
