XYZ Reality in the United States seeks a Site Engineer to drive XYZ Reality’s core service on construction projects, tracking progress against BIM models and performing on-site QA inspections. You will submit findings via the XYZ platform and collaborate with on-site engineers to ensure full project coverage.

Responsibilities

• Track construction progress against BIM models using XYZ’s Augmented Reality Device – The Atom.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ Platform.
• Ensure these QA Issues are submitted to the client on a daily basis.
• Be responsible for the quality of your work ensuring that it follows outlined workflows and standards.
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and reporting standards.

• Support the Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.

Role Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for delivering XYZ Reality’s core service on construction projects. This includes tracking construction progress against BIM models, performing quality inspections on‑site, and submitting findings to the client through the XYZ platform.

This role requires individuals with practical construction experience who can quickly adopt XYZ Reality’s technology and workflows.
