Job summary

XYZ Reality Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer to deliver on construction projects by tracking progress against BIM models and conducting on-site quality inspections using our AR technology, The Atom.

You will submit findings to clients through the XYZ Platform and ensure work complies with established workflows and data standards. The role requires practical construction experience, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with digital tools.

Role Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for delivering XYZ Reality’s core service on construction projects. This includes tracking construction progress against BIM models, performing quality inspections on-site, and submitting findings to the client through the XYZ platform.

This role requires individuals with practical construction experience who can quickly adopt XYZ Reality’s technology and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Track construction progress against BIM models using XYZ’s Augmented Reality Device – The Atom.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ Platform.
• Ensure these QA Issues are submitted to the client on a daily basis.
• Be responsible for the quality of your work ensuring that it follows outlined workflows and standards.
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with other engineers on-site to ensure full coverage of the project.
• Support the Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.

Ongoing assignments will be subject to project availability and the candidate’s flexibility to travel or relocate.
