Job summary

Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking a highly motivated Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction projects from inception to completion in Andover. You will ensure adherence to design specs, timelines, and budgets, while coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include supervising site activities, preparing schedules and reports, enforcing safety policies, and resolving technical issues, with strong emphasis on quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven Site Engineer experience on infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities per design specifications, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
• Prepare and review project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with plans and specs.
• Manage and allocate on-site resources including labour, materials and equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports including site diaries and photos.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental policies on site.
• Assist in cost estimates, budget control and contract variations.
• Resolve technical issues or challenges arising during construction.
• Ensure accurate setting out and surveying for various construction elements.

Job Qualifications:**

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant engineering principles.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
