Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Site Engagement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote role will focus on driving site-level engagement strategies that support stronger patient recruitment and improved trial enrollment outcomes. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, referral networks, and community-facing partners to educate stakeholders on study protocols and participation opportunities. The role also calls for strong analytical judgment, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to turn site performance insights into practical action plans.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,472 – $125,590 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific action plans to support patient recruitment

• Engage with the public at health fairs and advocacy events
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants
• Analyze site performance data to improve enrollment outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in clinical trials
• 1 year of experience in immunology; dermatology preferred
• 1 year in a role such as Clinical Trial Educator or Site Engagement Lead
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Ability to travel approximately 60%
