ICON Strategic Solutions in the United States is seeking a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead to accelerate patient recruitment and ensure protocol comprehension across sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in clinical trials.
• 1 year of immunology experience; dermatology preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead/Clinical Trial Liaison-like role.
• Strong clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel ~60% and work independently.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and implement site-specific action plans to accelerate patient recruitment and retention

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience working in clinical trials
• 1 year of immunology experience; preferred dermatology
• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead/Clinical Trial Liaison like role
• Deep knowledge and Clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Collaborative mindset with a strong customer service orientation
• High flexibility to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments (appx 60% but must be able to travel as study needs demand)
• Mentorship capabilities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude.
