WECTEC Staffing/Westinghouse seeks a Site Electrical Supervision Manager for the Palisades nuclear site in Covert, MI. This full-time, 6–12-month contract reports to the Palisades Site Manager.

You will lead electrical crews, oversee logistics and safety, and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines while complying with nuclear safety requirements.

Competenze

• Field experience in electrical work within regulated settings.
• Experience in nuclear facilities or similar regulated environments.
• Demonstrated crew leadership and on-site issue resolution ability.
• 5+ years with electrical systems, safety protocols, and compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Preferred credentials include journeyman electrician, OSHA training, nuclear site clearance.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Mid-course, an unexpected reading surfaces—you guide the team through structured problem-solving, verify against schematics, consult project engineering, and keep documentation impeccable. The system returns to service, compliant and on time.
