Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an EHS Supervisor at the Fremont Factory in Ohio. This role leads environmental health and safety execution, partnering with plant leadership to uphold OSHA and EPA standards while building a stronger safety culture on the floor.

You will oversee audits, incident investigations, and routine safety routines, while coordinating training and enabling a culture of proactive risk reduction across operations, maintenance, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred or 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, chemical process manufacturing, or other complex industrial environments is preferred.
• Experience supporting safety, environmental compliance, incident investigation, and regulatory execution in a plant setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day safety and environmental execution across the site to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Kraft Heinz standards.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify risk, reinforce expectations, and drive follow-through on priorities.
• Lead investigations for injuries, near misses, and environmental events and ensure countermeasures are implemented.
• Deliver training for frontline employees and leaders on safety and environmental expectations.
