• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing operational experience or food manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading, supervising, or managing others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own E&T scorecard and monthly results.
• Owns and maintains E&T skills matrix.
• Assess needs to achieve zero loss due to training outages.
• Coach and develop E&T Functional Leaders.
• Facilitate E&T skill building and meetings on regular cadence.
