Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related job field.
• Minimum three years of construction-related industry experience.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Produce and organize project documents according to risk management standards.
• Prepare project documents for close-out, turnover, and archiving.
• Assist the Project Manager with project billing and document compilation.
