Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead teachers, ensure licensed, safe, and engaging classrooms, and deliver high‑quality early education experiences.

You will partner with families, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners to drive enrollment and educational excellence while using our nationally recognized curriculum. Training and advancement opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to lead a team.
• Strong love for children and desire to make a difference daily.
• Excellent relationship-building with families and staff.
• Commitment to licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Proficiency in English for communicating with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively, maintaining licensing and safety standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment of new families.
