KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers and create engaging classroom experiences. You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards are met while partnering with parents to provide the best care and education for children.

As Site Director you will recruit and enroll new families, cultivate relationships with families and community partners, and lead a dedicated team focused on educational excellence.

Formación

• At least one year of teaching experience with ability to develop and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Commitment to licensing, safety and educational standards.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.
