KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Site Director to lead a team of teachers, ensure high educational standards, and partner with families and communities to deliver exceptional early childhood education. This role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to educational excellence.

The Site Director will utilize our nationally recognized curriculum to craft unique classroom experiences, while maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and staff to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with families.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic classroom environment.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site licensing, safety, and educational standards are met.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children.
