Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead a team of teachers, ensure licensing and safety standards, and partner with families to deliver high-quality early childhood education. The role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building, and program excellence.

The Site Director will recruit and enroll new families, collaborate with district and community partners, and uphold the organization's curriculum framework across our sites.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences and develop educators to be passionate professionals.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children at our sites.
