KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead classrooms with a passion for educational excellence. You will empower teachers, maintain licensing and safety standards, and partner with families to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.

You will engage with school leaders and community partners to recruit families and drive enrollment, ensuring a welcoming, compliant, and thriving site environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic learning environment.
• Strong customer service skills and organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Be physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences and develop educators.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, and licensing authorities.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites.
