• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
• Build a safe, inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
• Track resources, attendance, and food program requirements
• Supervise and mentor your site team with coaching and training
• Represent AlphaBEST at school and community events
• Build relationships with families and school staff to support student success
