Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Memphis, TN is seeking a Site Director – ABA Services to lead center operations and growth. You will partner with senior clinical leaders, guide administrative teams, track performance, and implement initiatives to elevate quality and client satisfaction.

This is a strategic, non-clinical leadership role focused on delivering exceptional ABA services to children and families. Located in the Germantown area, this role offers meaningful impact and opportunities to shape care

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role.
• Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
• Experience with ABA Therapy and understanding needs of children with autism preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with management, staff, clients and community stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive center growth and oversee daily operations.
• Expand access by strengthening referrals with schools, physicians, health systems.
• Manage relationships with Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Lead weekly family meetings to onboard new families and build confidence.
• Ensure accurate insurance reimbursements through oversight of authorizations and billing.
• Motivate staff through evaluations and goal setting.

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Site Director – ABA Services (Non-clinical leadership role) to oversee the day-to-day management and strategic growth of our Memphis, TN center located in the Germantown area. In this key role, you'll partner closely with senior clinical leaders, guide administrative teams, track performance metrics, and implement initiatives that elevate quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the financial success and continued growth of our center by effectively managing day-to-day operations at the facility(s) f inish
• Expand access to Proud Moments’ life-changing ABA services for children with autism by cultivating and strengthening relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other organizations that refer families for autism care
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new Proud Moments families by engaging in weekly family meetings and building parents’ confidence in their child’s clinical team
• Advocate for families receiving services by resolving issues promptly and compassionately
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement for ABA services through rigorous oversight of Authorizations Management and Billing procedures
• Motivate staff to continually improve performance and grow professionally through annual evaluation, mutual goal setting, and constant monitoring of progress

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Therapy and a compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families; preferred
• 2–4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role, with responsibility for leading and developing teams; required
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered
• Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with organizational management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Superior project, planning, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
