Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking an Autism Center Director to lead the Memphis/Germantown center and drive the day-to-day operations and strategic growth. You will partner with senior clinical leaders, guide administrative teams, and improve quality, efficiency, and family satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building relationships with schools and health systems, managing BCBAs, and ensuring smooth onboarding for families while promoting a positive, patient-centered care culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
• Experience with ABA Therapy and understanding the needs of children with autism and their families is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow relationships with management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate center growth by managing day-to-day operations at the facility(s).
• Expand access to ABA services by cultivating relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and referral sources.
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new families with weekly family meetings and confidence-building.
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
• Oversee Insurance reimbursement and Billing procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Motivate staff through evaluation, goal setting, and progress monitoring.

Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Responsibilities

As a Autism Center Director at Proud Moments ABA, you’ll be challenged to realize your leadership potential:

• Accelerate the financial success and continued growth of our center by effectively managing day-to-day operations at the facility(s) finish
• Expand access to Proud Moments’ life-changing ABA services for children with autism by cultivating and strengthening relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other organizations that refer families for autism care
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new Proud Moments families by engaging in weekly family meetings and building parents’ confidence in their child’s clinical team
• Advocate for families receiving services by resolving issues promptly and compassionately
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement for ABA services through rigorous oversight of Authorizations Management and Billing procedures
• Motivate staff to continually improve performance and grow professionally through annual evaluation, mutual goal setting, and constant monitoring of progress

Qualifications

As an ideal Autism Center Director candidate, you bring to Proud Moments ABA:

• Experience with ABA Therapy and a compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families; preferred
• 2-4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role, with responsibility for leading and developing teams; required
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered
• Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with organizational management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Superior project, planning, organization, and time management skills
