Nation’s Finest is seeking a Site Director to manage a Nation’s Finest site with accountability for personnel, contracts compliance, site budget, and program activities. This exempt, in-person role reports to the Residential Services or Supportive Services Director.

The Site Director is a management‑level supervisory position with full responsibility for personnel, contracts compliance, site budget and all program activities at the Nation’s Finest site location assigned. This person directly oversees and is accountable for the success of quality of services to Nation’s Finest clients at the assigned location. The Site Director reports to the Residential Services Director or Supportive Services Director in their upline.
Master’s degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Behavioral Health, Public Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Behavioral Health, Public Administration, Management, or related field required OR commensurate experience as defined by 10 years in a related field and relevant job title with increasing levels of responsibility.

This role is not remote eligible. Work will be conducted primarily from a Nation’s Finest location in a team‑oriented office environment. Travel may be required up to 10% to conduct tasks as directed.
