Job summary

You will own the digital master plan, manage talent and succession, lead change management, and monitor digitization metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics, SQL and Tableau.

• Familiarity with IT operations, risk management and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Owns and updates the Site’s Digitization Vision.
• Leads digital strategy implementation and alignment with business priorities.
• Manages digital talent development and audits (GIA) at the site.
• Coordinates the adoption of digital standards and platforms across the site.
• Oversees data governance, security and ongoing analytics for decision-making.
