Qualifications
7+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, including public works and site development.
FDOT project experience preferred.
Experience with mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and site concrete.
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of public works and heavy civil projects.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
Coordinate with owners, engineers, contractors, and field teams.
