Job summary

The Site Development Project Manager will oversee site development and construction close‑out for multiple projects, coordinating with field teams, engineers, surveyors, and inspectors to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in construction, civil engineering, surveying, or land development.
• Professional licensure is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site development and construction close‑out phases for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, and field teams to ensure timely construction.
• Manage scheduling meetings and track progress and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, contractors, and inspectors to resolve issues.
