Job summary

Hillpointe, a vertically integrated real estate developer, is seeking a Site Development Project Manager to oversee site development and construction close‑out for multiple projects. You will coordinate with the construction field team and engineering services to ensure timely, compliant construction, track progress, and resolve field issues with local authorities.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years in construction, civil engineering, surveying, or land

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• 5+ years in construction, civil engineering, surveying, or land development.
• Professional Engineering Licensure preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site development and engineering teams to identify timelines, goals, needs and objectives.
• Coordinate field issues with engineers, inspectors, and local jurisdictions.
• Review current drawings, shop drawings, codes, photos, and as‑built documents; integrate into software.
• Manage scheduling meetings for construction milestones and kick‑offs.
• Work with engineers, designers, surveyors, contractors, and inspectors to ensure completion.
• Track project development status and compile data for reports.
• Assist the site development contractor to resolve construction problems.
• Participate in continuous improvement of Development Services.
