Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with at least 3–5 years in project management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver K-12 and commercial site development projects.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary client contact and cultivate relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and support staff.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain permits and approvals.
