KU Resources, Inc. is seeking a Land Development Engineer in Duquesne, PA to support site development projects with civil design, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater plans. The role requires collaboration with project managers, surveyors, and technical staff.

The engineer will prepare construction drawings, review plans for regulatory compliance, and assist with permitting. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this on-site, full-time role.

Formación

• Requires EIT/PE path or eligibility; PE preferred.
• Experience with site development, stormwater management, grading and permitting.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, GIS tools, and standard office software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare conceptual and detailed civil designs for land development.
• Design grading, drainage, utilities layouts and stormwater plans.
• Conduct site assessments and analyze environmental/regulatory constraints.
• Assist with permitting and coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and staff.
• Develop construction drawings and specifications; review plans for compliance.
• Respond to technical questions during construction and participate in meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to design standards.
