Job summary

GPD Group is seeking a Civil Engineering Co-op for Site Development in Atlanta, GA. You will be part of a team delivering design work for clients and gaining hands-on experience with design software, mentored by a licensed engineer.

This Spring/Summer/Fall 2027 semester co-op requires pursuing a Civil Engineering degree and an interest in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong teamwork and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Interest in learning AutoCAD and Civil 3D design technology.
• Interest in site planning, engineering design, client coordination, permitting and planning and zoning representation.
• Must be a team player and be self-motivated.
• Ability to work on project teams and work individually.

Responsibilities

• Be a billable member of the team doing design work for our clients.
• Learn to use different design technology and software systems.
• Mentoring under a professional engineer.
