GPD Group is seeking a Site Development Civil Engineer in Akron, OH (with Independence, OH) to help design site developments for Retail/Commercial, Education, Public and Healthcare projects. Join our employee-owned team and contribute to a collaborative environment that values ideas and growth.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to perform grading and stormwater design, coordinate with architects and surveyors, and support project delivery across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Site Development Design a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience with site planning, engineering, project coordination.
• Ability to work with senior engineers/designers and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Solid background in AutoCAD/Civil 3D design.
• Grading and storm water design proficiency preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
