Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in site design and development
• Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE)

Responsibilities

• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets for financial success.
• Manages complex contract negotiations.
• Leads execution of project plans by assembling and managing project teams.
• Monitors progress and measures project performance.
• Coordinates detailed reviews of technical work.
