Job summary

Roche Genentech site is seeking a Site Data Operations Lead who will be the single point of contact for data product teams, based at the California site. You will align data requirements, ensure data readiness at source systems, and coordinate with Data Product Owners and stakeholders to guarantee smooth data flow and high-quality data assets.

This role drives cross-team collaboration to support Roche’s PTE data strategy, maintain an overarching view of data landscape, and promote best practices

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data-centric industry experience.
• Experience delivering complex, high-quality data and analytics solutions in an agile, scalable model.
• Knowledge of data mesh, data warehousing, and data integration technologies.
• Domain knowledge in Pharma Tech Ops or related areas (Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site-level SPoC for engaging with data product teams and facilitating collaboration between the site and PTE data initiatives.
• Ensure data requirements of various data products are satisfied by site data sources.
• Guarantee data preparedness at the source and address data quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Data Product Owners and other stakeholders to align site data initiatives with PTE strategy.
• Maintain a holistic view of the site's data landscape and support prioritization of work packages.
• Advocate for data management best practices and ensure global standards are implemented.
