Site Coordinator - Strengthening Families Program

Job Description

Basic Function: The primary responsibility of the Strengthening Families Program Site Coordinator is to manage all aspects of the implementation of the program at the designated location. This includes supervising staff recruitment, ensuring proper curriculum implementation, and maintaining supplies and resources. The Site Coordinator shall uphold confidentiality and perform duties professionally under the supervision of the SFP Program Manager.

Scope: Responsibilities include recruiting participants, securing a suitable location, and ensuring staffing and supplies to implement the program with fidelity. The Site Coordinator is the main contact at the site and is responsible for meeting program goals and compliance.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Prepare the site for weekly parenting groups (meal planning, childcare, transportation, copying materials, etc.)
  • Attend all required trainings and meetings before, during, and after the 14-week program
  • Supervise staff, monitor performance, provide training and support, and evaluate staff performance
  • Secure and maintain an appropriate facility and assist facilitators in site preparation
  • Coordinate debriefing sessions to ensure program fidelity and quality
  • Collect and report evaluation data timely
  • Recruit participants following SFP and organizational guidelines
  • Maintain relationships with community sites, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Coordinate donations and purchase participant incentives and supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with funding requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
