Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time or part-time Site Coordinator to join our team at Grant Grove in Kings Canyon National Park, California. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks. $21.00 - $25.00 / hour

What will you do?
- Assist in maintenance of accurate, up-to-date and confidential human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Support HR with onboarding and offboarding team members.
- Provide support for Team Member housing by assisting with check ins, check outs, housing orientation, transportation, room turns and collection of housing fees.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for routine housing issues and proactively monitor the overall cleanliness, condition, and appearance of housing units, common areas, and surrounding grounds, escalating concerns as needed.
- Support Team Member Housing move-in and move-out readiness, ensuring units and surrounding areas are clean, functional, and presentable prior to occupancy.
- Support safe and comfortable experience in Team Member housing by participating in inspections, regularly checking grounds, escalating & following maintenance requirements, ensure clean common areas.
- Support site safety initiatives (including incident/injury/illness response and reporting).
- Collect appropriate information and statements as directed by the HR Manager.
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for Team Members.
- Support Team Member experience and recognition programs.
- Operate company vehicles as needed, including shuttles to and from housing and to social security office.
- Good attendance is critical for this role.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
More About You
- Experience as a training administrator or similar role.
- Valid driver's license and must be able to obtain a Department of Transportation card within 10 days of hire date.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus.
- No high school diploma or GED required.
