We are seeking a Client Office Site Coordinator to join our team in Gainesville, GA. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing activities at Patient Service Centers within an assigned area. The PSC Coordinator will work closely with PSC staff, management, laboratory staff, and clients to ensure optimal operation of the centers. The role also involves performing phlebotomy and specimen processing procedures at LabCorp Patient Service Centers under minimal supervision.

PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with 1-hour lunch break

Locations Covered: Gainesville, Braselton, Buford, Duluth

Hours and location may vary based on business needs and supervisor requests.

Work Location: Gainesville, GA

This position does not require COVID-19 vaccination.

Expected Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Knowledge of phlebotomy duties and techniques
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Ability to pass a color blindness test

Expected Job Duties:

  • Report performance, compliance, or staffing issues
  • Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory, and logs
  • Monitor productivity reports and address deviations
  • Handle customer service issues promptly and respectfully
  • Promote teamwork and effective communication
  • Perform blood draws and specimen collections
  • Collect specimens for various tests
  • Enter patient data accurately and timely
  • Process billing and collect payments when needed
  • Prepare specimens for testing
  • Perform administrative duties as necessary
  • Travel to additional sites as needed
