Job summary

HOKALI is seeking an organized Site Coordinator to manage daily after-school operations at assigned school sites. You will supervise staff, support students, and act as the main contact for school partners.

Responsibilities include program design aligned with HOKALI’s values, overseeing logistics and safety, and leading a large team of instructors with mentorship and reporting to the Area Manager. Morning and multi-shift hours are expected, with compensation of $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience working in schools or youth programs required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills required.
• Ability and willingness to complete required online training.

• Program Design & Mission Alignment: Research and implement best practices in youth development to design curricula that reflect HOKALI’s core values of healthy living, environmental respect, and personal growth.
• Operational & Logistics Excellence: Oversee site logistics including scheduling, facility booking, transportation, budgets, equipment inventory, and record-keeping (attendance, progress, and incidents).
• Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure 100% safety compliance and internal policy adherence; supervise sites until all students are dismissed and risks are managed.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Recruit, train, and supervise instructors; mentor staff and report performance to the Area Manager.

Site Coordinator

This role focuses on overseeing on-site programming, supervising staff, supporting students, and serving as the main point of contact for school partners.

In this role, you will:

• Program Design & Mission Alignment: Research and implement best practices in youth development to design educational, safe, and engaging curricula that reflect HOKALI’s core values of healthy living, environmental respect, and personal growth.
• Operational & Logistics Excellence: Oversee all site logistics—including scheduling, facility booking, and transportation—while managing budgets, equipment inventory, and detailed record-keeping (attendance, progress, and incident reports).
• Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations and internal policies, conducting site supervision until the final student is safely dismissed and maintaining high standards for risk management.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Recruit, train, and supervise a large team of instructors; provide ongoing mentorship to foster a collaborative culture while serving as the primary point of contact for resolving complex inquiries and reporting performance to the Area Manager.

Schedule

Morning shift:

6:30 to 8:15 AM

Afternoon shift:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 3:10 to 6:10 PM

Wednesday: 1:45 to 6:10 PM

Compensation:

$ 35 p/hr
