What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Facilitate negotiations of site agreements and budgets to ensure alignment with the site activation plan
  • Customize and prepare country- and site-specific agreements, organizing their translations
  • Track the status of site agreement and budget negotiations
  • Prepare executable versions of site agreements and budgets, coordinating the signature process
  • File executed site agreements in the Trial Master File and update all concerned functions on the site contracting process
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • College or university degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the clinical research industry in the United States
  • Previous experience with negotiating site budgets
  • Knowledge of and experience with legal documents related to clinical trial sites and medical terminology is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment related to clinical trials or research
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance in clinical research
