Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Site Contract and Budget Specialist in the United States to design and analyze contracts for clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting vendor relationships to advance patient-focused therapies.

The role involves reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining records in contract management systems while guiding internal teams on interpretation and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials and vendor agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex contractual issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
