Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in site construction or civil/highway paving preferred.
• Excellent business, analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• CPM scheduling, document control (P6), and cost estimating experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with client, estimator, project superintendent and government entities.
• Monitor and control construction through on‑site supervision to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Analyze profitability, margins, bill rates, utilization, and cost‑to‑completion projections.
• Other duties as assigned.
