About The Role

Wing is looking for a Site Construction Manager to join our Site Launch team. This role is based remotely in the US and requires up to 50% travel to various states. This role will support general contractor, vendor and internal processes related to the launch of Wing Nest sites across the US.

The position seeks highly-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate agility working in areas of ambiguity, start-up or related experience. This candidate will have the ability to create and own processes related to construction vendor management, cross functional reporting and related communications.

What You’ll Do

• Own construction schedules and vendor coordination for nest site launch
• Assist Senior Launch Managers and sourcing team identify vendors to onboard as we expand to new markets.
• Track vendor documents to include contracts, work orders, change orders, invoices, lien waivers
• Collaborate with broader Launch team to improve and maintain internal Launch reporting
  
  

What You’ll Need

• 3-6 Years of construction and vendor related experience in the broader commercial construction field
• 2 years in a task ownership or lead role
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record within the last 36-months
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, lift and move items weighing up to X pounds as needed to perform job duties
• Ability to be on your feet and move for up to X hours daily as needed to perform job duties
• Ability and willingness to work a [5 or 7] day rotating shift schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  
  

The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

Salary Range

$91,000—$179,000 USD
