Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee job-specific activities, ensuring efficient use of labor, equipment, materials, and resources.
• Coordinate with project managers and superintendents for clear direction and workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate field crew; provide training and performance guidance.
• Enforce company and regulatory safety policies; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Identify project issues and implement timely, effective solutions; collaborate with superintendents and other foremen to resolve challenges.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders; provide field progress updates.
