A Typical Shift

You’ll arrive onsite in Sanford, check in with the crew lead, and review the day’s plan before heading out to the work area. The morning is spent moving materials, staging tools, and keeping the work zone orderly so the crew can stay on pace. Throughout the day you’ll rotate between hands-on support tasks and short check-ins to confirm priorities, then reset the area for the next step. When equipment or tools need attention, you flag it early so downtime stays low. Near the end of the shift, you help secure and store tools properly, tidy trucks/trailers, and make sure the site is left in good shape for tomorrow.
