CommonSpirit is seeking a Site Clinical Coordinator Nurse Residency Program to lead the transition-to-practice experience, standardize the residency, secure accreditation, and drive clinical excellence.
You will manage site-level curriculum implementation, support residents and preceptors, monitor progress with educators, and bridge knowledge or practice gaps to promote nurse retention and growth.
As our Site Clinical Coordinator Nurse Residency Program, you will serve as a pivotal leader in shaping the transition-to-practice experience by maintaining program standardization, securing accreditation, and driving clinical excellence. You will collaborate with national and facility leadership to ensure the residency program remains a strategic asset for nurse retention and professional growth.
Every day you will manage the site-level implementation of the residency curriculum while fostering a supportive environment for residents and preceptors. You will work closely with clinical educators to monitor resident progress, facilitate classes, and bridge identified knowledge or practice gaps.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, along with a deep commitment to mentoring new nursing staff. You must be adept at building relationships across the facility to ensure program accountability and alignment with our organizational nursing vision.
