Job summary

Moorhead is seeking skilled laborers to join our land clearing and site preparation team. This role supports equipment operators, assists with daily site tasks, and helps prepare materials while maintaining strict safety practices.

Candidates should be willing to work outdoors in all weather, travel to various job sites (per diem where applicable), and follow directions with a strong work ethic. Training is provided for those new to the industry.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willing to travel to job sites; per diem provided where applicable.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain safety on site.
• Prior construction or land clearing experience is preferred but not required (we will train).

Responsibilities

• Assist equipment operators and crews with daily site operations.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as clearing debris and setting up job sites.
• Maintain safe work zones by spotting for equipment and directing traffic when needed.
• Use hand tools, chainsaws and small equipment as directed.
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Report hazards or equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
• Support land clearing and construction crews with additional tasks as needed.
