Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking an Account Site Supervisor for janitorial services in an on-site role. The position offers part-time hours (Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM) and opportunities for training and growth as part of a dynamic team.

The supervisor will lead daily cleaning activity, plan schedules, coach staff, ensure adherence to 4M standards, and maintain safety and quality while resolving client issues and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team.
